I think my status was usually 'accepted.' Everything was fine until I picked up Cass and did her mission which involved wiping out the Crimson Caravan Company. My reputation with the NCR was never great, but we got along Ok and I was doing their missions.
I'll try to explain what happened from the point (I think) that it all started. My gametime is currently 80 hours and the only save that I've kept prior to this happening was, maybe, 30 hours ago, so going back would be just as frustrating as to keep playing it like this. I'm pretty sure this is a glitch and I've read about other people having similar problems, but try as I might I can't find any good solution offered up. I'm having a really frustrating time with Fallout New Vegas.
